Stephen Browne is a seasoned forensic accountant and expert in fraud investigation, business valuation, and litigation support. A partner at Meara Welch Browne, PC since 1990, he has served as an expert witness in federal and state courts and has been retained by government agencies in white collar crime cases. With over 35,000 hours dedicated to complex litigation and fraud engagements, Steve’s experience spans financial audits, mergers and acquisitions, and class action settlement administration. He is a recognized instructor for the FBI and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and holds multiple professional certifications including CPA, ABV, CITP, CFF, and CFE. Steve also actively contributes to his community through leadership and volunteer work.
